Legalities

We use the information submitted in this form to primarily run our programmes safely. Personal details such as age and postcodes are also gathered for statistical data in order to improve our programmes and be shared with funding partners - participant or emergency contact names will never be shared.

Any media content captured may be used, with participant permission, in a variety of different ways from online to print material. Any content including a participant’s profile will only ever be used by us in a positive manner. Content captured is owned by Denis Law Legacy Trust and may be shared with external media.

We are responsible for the safety and welfare of participants when they visit our programmes and take that responsibility very seriously. Outlined in our Protection of Children and Young People Policy, we believe it’s unacceptable for anyone to be under the risk of any kind of abuse.

Please note, as outlined in our Medical Policy, staff and volunteers will not administer medication to participants.
